I hope you love everything you receive from Confetti but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help!
Whilst I do my best to package everything and post it securely, there are inevitably the odd little hiccups. As a result of the COVID situation, there can often be delays with postage, that are out of my control. I aim to make and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. If you are ordering something as a gift or for a specific date, please let me know so I can prioritise your order.
If the order arrives damaged in the post, I am happy to offer a full refund and a discount on the remake.
If the order is lost in the post or does not arrive, I am happy to offer a 50% refund and a discount on the remake.
I am happy to assess refunds on a case by case basis but please remember that I am a very small independent maker (just me here!) and each piece is handmade just for you. Every order takes hours of work and if something goes wrong on the journey from my home to yours, that is ultimately the Post Office’s responsibility and not my own.
For hygiene reasons, I generally cannot offer returns (and refunds) on earrings- unless it is in the case of the above or you have ordered the incorrect pair and have not yet removed the bubble wrap. Without the original packaging still in place, I cannot prove that you have not worn the item and therefore would not be able to resell it. Again, I am happy to assess this on a case by case basis with you.
For friendship bracelets, I can accept returns- please email email@example.com for the return address. However, please note that as bracelets are personalised, it would be better to work through a partial refund process if possible. If there is a sizing issue with the bracelet, please do let me know and I can send out replacement elastic to rethread (free of charge).
